How to order Pre-Order items with Grab Express / Lalamove / Self Pickup.

Pre-order items are items that soukashop sells which may require personal pickup or in person deliveries such as hot food, cakes, confectionaries and so on.

Due to the nature of varying delivery rates, dates and times. Kindly follow the instructions below carefully when ordering from our Pre-order items.

1. Do check if Grab Express / Lalamove / others is covering your household area. (Klang Valley only)
2. Browse and select your desired Pre-Order item in soukashop. Take note of delivery requirements and dates. In many cases, Pre-Order items are only available for Next day delivery, unless stated otherwise.
3. Place an order on soukashop for your desired Pre-Order item and make payment for the order (Delivery not included).
4. Await for confirmation and our team to contact you regarding your order ready date and time.
5. Once confirmed, you could arrange your preferred pickup or delivery method to collect your order. (Receive within the same day when collected.)
